I studied engineering with a specialisation in construction - my favourite attire during the beginning of my professional years being boots and a helmet – where I managed the construction of bridges, including the first use in France of high-resistance concrete which was used in a bridge designed for army tanks!
Seeking more intellectual challenge, I changed the boots and helmet for a suit and tie and joined one of the top strategy consulting firms in Europe. After six years of work experience and a backpacking trip around the world, I eventually made it to OC&C.
I have found the people here to have a very distinctive character: hard-working but with a real sense of freedom. There is a lot of creativity and sharing of views across offices. The level of international collaboration is amazing. And OC&C is respectful of a consultant’s quality of life – at every level, it is possible to have a successful career together with a family life and personal projects and interests are encouraged and supported. At OC&C, we look for talented, charismatic and unique individuals – and we work hard to maintain these characteristics and allow them to flourish.
